Implant-based full arch restoration is the process of replacing all or most of the teeth on the upper and/or lower arch with a custom dental prosthetic that is anchored in place using dental implants—often called an implant-supported denture. Using dental implants to anchor a denture improves the comfort and stability of the restoration while also providing a more natural look and feel.

Many dentists emphasize the All-on-4^® and All-on-6^® systems, which offer patients the benefit of receiving an entire arch of new teeth while only needing four to six individual implants.
