All positions are full time, Monday-Thursday. Friday hours vary based on specific positions and details can be found in listings below. We schedule our last appointments of the day to end at 4:00 pm, allowing the team time to wrap up their end of daily duties and enjoy more time at home in the evenings. Typical hours require morning meetings including a 7:00 am Monday Morning Reboot.

While dental experience isn’t required, applicants with dental experience are highly preferred due to the volume of dental communication and education our administrative team provides to patients daily.
The typical schedule for our administrative team includes at least two Fridays per month. Some of those Friday hours will include quarterly all-team meetings. Hours on Fridays are shortened, ending with patients around 2:00 pm instead of the typical 4:00 pm.
Most administrative team members rotate through different roles ranging from concierge and call center, to your typical check out position. Each role requires a unique focus, but are all equally important in our practice.

While they may primarily work with our orthodontic team, all our dental assistants work together to best serve our patients, which may include learning other procedures or obtaining other EFDA permits in the future.
