We are new to Innovative Dental. My kids have never liked going to the dentist so I put off appointments. I had heard good things about Innovative but I really didn’t think anything could persuade them to like going to the dentist. But they absolutely loved everything about it!! They aren’t even upset about needing braces. Every single person from check in to Maddie, to the Dr were all fantastic. They spoke to the kids and treated them like adults with kindness, respect, and carried conversations with them. My kids and I can’t wait to get started on braces.

I had an extremely pleasant first visit to establish ongoing treatment. I was warmly welcomed upon arriving. The environment was comfortable, organized and clean. The technology is cutting edge making any dental visit/exam comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Madi . She was personable and explained everything in detail. Dr. Megan was very calm, caring and attentive. She and Madi ensured I understood the root cause of my issue, my options and the best course of treatment for a more permanent solution. Thank you all so much. This was the best dental experience I’ve had in my 57 years.

Had my first cleaning today at Innovative Dental and my experience was 10/10! Abbi was super nice, attentive, and gave me great advice for self care moving forward. The staff and her all made me feel very welcome. My wife and I will continue to have Innovative Dental as our #1 option when it comes to our routine dental checkups.

My experience was fantastic. Before this procedure I had constant headaches, infection, and other issues with my teeth and gums. I would recommend getting implants here. It is worth the cost and time to get such good service and product.

My daughter had an amazing experience with her two year orthodontic treatment at Innovative. I’m truly astounded by her BEAUTIFUL smile. I was a little skeptical at first, but after visiting the awesome complex and talking to Dr. Olson about implants, I couldn't be more happier to complete the procedure and enjoy the rest of my life having a great smile. I have been blown away by the service and experience at Innovative. I know that not only me but my children are in great hands at Innovative. I had one appointment that was behind, and I had a long wait time. Other than that, they are very prompt and try their hardest to get you out and on with your day. My family has seen a total of 4 dentists in the office. My daughter for braces, my husband and I for implant, crowns, and fillings. Every single person in there has been amazing. My husband thought our previous dentist was great, he was good. However, the service and experience at Innovative is top-notch and, in my opinion, can't be beat. This truly is a one-stop shop dentist. There is no going between orthodontist and dentist. No waiting on crowns from a lab. There is no going to an oral surgeon for extraction. They do it all right there in that one building.

I came to innovative for my Invisalign treatment. They have the sweetest and most patient staff. I had to bring my son to most of my appointments and they were so understanding and friendly. Plus they give you coffee so of course that’s a bonus! Highly recommend for all your orthodontic needs!

We recently switched insurance and unfortunately, had to find a new dentist. So we were recommended to try Innovative Dental. They got my daughter in quickly especially because she was having some pain from her wisdom teeth. Extremely professional, Very informative and treat you with first class service.

Their team always thoroughly explains billing before scheduling and completing procedures. My daughter currently has braces and is slightly high maintenance, and they do excellent catering to her needs.

Innovative Dental is just wonderful! We were new to Missouri and had to find a new dentist. Lucky for our family, Innovative Dental was near our new home. It is a very clean and impressive office building, but what makes this place more impressive is the friendly staff and the great dentists. What you can't see from the road as you drive by this beautiful building is the lovely and peaceful courtyard they have inside. Most people, like us, don't like going to the dentist, but Innovative Dental designed their whole building around helping the client be relaxed and at peace while having their dental work done. Everything in this place is top-notch: From the beautifully landscaped courtyard and water feature to the complimentary beverages and cookies. The doctors and staff are top-notch too! We love coming to the dentist now. Give them a try! You will love it there!

Dr. Olson turns magic into reality. An onsite visit will leave you in awe. Dr. Grant Olson and Staff are leaders in the dentistry field. I checked other places, but none compared. The facilities are beyond exceptional. On my second visit, Dr. Olson extracted 24 teeth and utilized a 3D fully guided placement/implant procedure to install 13 implant posts. Start to finish, the total process lasted less than three hours, and pain was a nonissue. A screwed-in temporary set of nano ceramic teeth was ready the very same visit. I walked out with a smile on my face. Once healed, the Premium Zirconia finals were installed. I can easily eat anything I want, even a hard Granny Smith apple. Innovative Dental is a class act and highly recommended!

Innovative is hands down the best dental place I’ve been to. I used to be terrified going to the dentist, but now I get excited going. The people, relaxing environment all help. Dr. Megan with Ortho is phenomenal at what she does! She and the Ortho girls have had to explain things to me lots and have many reassurance conversations with me! Had a cleaning with Jackie and she did amazing! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

I just had my first appointment at Innovation Dental in Springfield. I am blown away with the friendly atmosphere. Everyone had a smile on their face. There was such a positive vibe. You even get a goody bag! They offered coffee and water. They were timely. While waiting you can enjoy comfortable chairs by a fire or enjoy sitting outside with a waterfall. They were very knowledgeable and I walked away with a plan. I have never had an experience like this. I have always dreaded going to the dentist. If I were you I would call and make an appointment today. I would call this place the Disney World of dentistry.

Innovative Dental is the best place to come for a person with high anxiety for the dentist because the staff is so sweet. They take care of you in ways that every dentist should. I have come for them for cavities and a crown. Each time they have treated me with the ultimate kindness. For a dentist that sits by the highway, it feels like a place all on its own. You can look out at the zen garden as you’re waiting to go back, drink some coffee and eat a cookie, even listen to music as you’re waiting. When you go back, you can watch a movie or listen to music while you get your teeth cleaned. It’s really an experience built for the patient, to help them be comfortable and relaxed in their dental experience.

Innovative has been so good to me! I got braces and within a year I was able to get them off. They always have treated me so good and are super knowledgeable. Cleanliness is huge to me and everything is so clean and organized! I will always recommend innovative! Also, Jennifer was just so amazing to me the entire time and so personable, will forever be thankful for how much attention she put into my car!

Ashley did an amazing job of explaining everything to me! It had been a while since being to a dentist and she immediately made me feel comfortable and walked me through the steps to get my teeth taken care of. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs. I no longer have to worry about pushing off the dentist after finding this place!

My Dental Hygienist Emily was very kind! She was very professional and had outstanding bedside technique. She could tell how nervous and anxious I was. She went very slow and catered to my needs. I was very nervous and shaky she went as far as to get me a blanket to help. She continuously asked if I was doing okay and needed anything. I highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs. I have never been to a dental establishment that makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Just had Sidney for my cleaning and needed to share that she was very professional, attentive, caring, and kind. She is great at her job and I really appreciated the TLC. I always have a great experience with the employees here. They're good to me and good to my kids! Thank you!

Our entire family goes to Innovative Dental and we love them! Their office is not your typical dental office. The place is immaculate and the staff are very friendly and professional. We’ve been going here for the last 3 years and every single hygienist we had was so wonderful. My son had an appointment today and Jackie was his hygienist and she exceeded our expectations. The customer care is outstanding, taking every opportunity to assure the patient is comfortable and relaxed. Danika and Dr. Downs were both so kind, patient, tolerant of my questions and really took their time getting to know me as a person, not just another patient. My treatment plan was carefully explained in great detail although easy to understand by a lay person. I appreciate them all and will be back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place! I see this place all the time when I drive over to Springfield, and I found it intimidating at first. After making an appointment though, my opinion of this place completely changed. Everyone is accommodating, and they care about you so much! I had Ashley do my x-rays and stuff, and she is super sweet! I think everyone is just super kind and sweet, so I wasn't at all intimidated. And I GOT free stuff? How awesome is that!?

Hannah took great care of me during my first visit as a new patient! She took time to thoroughly explain everything she was going to be doing during the appointment and made she I was comfortable and taken care for the entirety of my visit. I normally dread going to the dentist, but innovative dental has changed that for me!

From the beginning of the process to restore my smile to the end of the surgery, everyone involved with my treatment plan was professional, attentive, kind, and made me feel as though I was the only patient on their schedule.
